Little is a native Nashvillian and married to Bryan. She graduated from Belmont University with a double major in Accounting and Information Systems Management. Her experience in accounting and management was gained at Vanderbilt Medical Center before becoming more involved at PRMI. She is the behind the scenes person who does the accounting, marketing and everything else for our Mt. Juliet office to run smoothly.

Dona joins us with many years experience as a processor and a loan officer. She will be assisting our loan officers and our customers and keeping our process flowing smoothly.

Eric is originally from Florida but a long time Nashvillian and is excited about joining our team. He has a degree in Computers and Electronics Engineering from ITT which will serve us well with all the changes in the mortgage business becoming more digitally based. He has been in the Finance industry assisting customers and overseeing staff for 22 years as a manager. He joins the Bryan Little Group so he can help customers realize their dream of home ownership while providing them with a five star experience. He enjoys building relationships with our clients so they know that he has their best interest at heart and as a team we can guide them through the process. In his spare time, he delights spending time with his lovely wife of 20 years and his 3 beautiful daughters.

HOLLY HOOD

Growing up in the industry alongside her mother, Holly understands the value of hard work and dedication. Holly began her career 21 years ago as a junior processor and has worked in all facets of mortgage and construction lending from wholesale operations, origination, processing, underwriting, closing and funding, training, compliance, management and business development. Her ability to make the customers feel at ease, as well as her ability to think outside the box has earned her a stellar reputation with clients and agents. When she is not busy working, Holly enjoys cooking, singing, and spending time with her family and friends. She also spends her spare time volunteering at the hospital as a professional cuddler for babies who are born addicted.
